Ahojky, jasně, ráda spřátelím:).
Ta dieta mi přijde docela drsná, nebojíš se, že se ti po téhle dietě zpomalí metabolismus? Nebo že to, co zhubneš, pak opět nabereš zpět?

Funguje to na principu kolísání příjmu kalorií, tělo nemá čas si zvyknout a proto se metabolismus nezastaví.
Jdu do toho.
